August 22nd Report

With low tide at dark it is a perfect fly rod evening. The big Waldorf hair bugs worked there magic and we had many hits. If the fly was neglected the fish would strike. So distractions real and made up where applied. It was great to have really good fly guys onboard.

That metal rip rap brings back memories I believe its where we used to get some nice crappie there was a tree down rite by the downstream end of it , Im talking in the 80's lol and we would go back to a beaver hut too .
