How do you guy deal with it fishing heat index has been 105 to 110 here
Well.....I am 64 years old and it is hot. But I worked in Saudi Arabia for 21years and many days worked in 120 degree heat. The temps in summer there were regularly 105-110....and I'm not talking heat index.....those were ambient temps. The key to staying out in that heat is not only to drink tons of water while out in it but to load up on water before you ever leave your house. I would get up at 4:30 a.m. when I was over there to get as much water in me before heading out the door to work. Plus a wide brim hat and if you can find shade do so and take breaks. But the biggest key is to keep pouring the water down you.
Regards
Ditto on what Alphahawk said.
Also, fishing (even when it's hot) beats most activities. :)

You don't ever want to experience heat stroke. You will live with the results for the rest of your life. Stay hydrated.
I am 69 and cannot stay in the heat long. It has averaged 97 degrees here for the past three weeks. I will do outside chores or fishing from 6 am until 9 am or again from 7pm to 9pm when it is mush cooler. Wear light color shirts (long sleeve to repel skeeters and bees in my area) and a wide brim ventilated hat. Drink gatorade or water and stay hydrated.
