Are they still open? I emailed them asking a few questions about a HDS 9 GEN2 touch and never heard anything back. I ended up buying one from some where else.
I emailed them last Saturday about a Xi5 saltwater and have heard nothing from them. The prices they have are great and I have saw a lot of good things about them on this site. I am a little leary of buying something from though, if they won't reply to my emails about buying something how would their customer service be if something was wrong with what I purchased?:dono

Cannot answer about an unresponded email, but Brian is top notch and "IF" something were wrong, he would help make it right. I have made multiple purchases from him and he provides some of the best customer service I have experienced in the past decade from any business. Did you try calling him or a PM on this site?

Just call him. He was just on the board yesterday. Brian is a good guy and probably best customer service out there. Don't have a ansewer on email. I have always just called or sent PM. He even helped me out on Thanksgiving day last year.

I have bought a few different items from him. Great customer service. He answered all of my questions and took his time to help me decide what was best for my needs. If I purchase anymore electronics it will be from him

My sincere apologies if I missed your email. I try to respond to every email when I receive them. I didn't see any missing emails in the spam folder so I'm not sure what happened. Most folks that have contacted me know I call or email back ASAP. If I'm on the phone with a customer and a call comes in , I write down the number and call them back within minutes. Many calls are taken late at night and on weekends. Customer service is what I built my business on. If you should need anything in the future, please give me a call. I always call, and have never had any problems getting in touch with Brian. Never tried the email bit.

I always call Brian. If no answer He will call back when he gets off of the phone. I buy all I need,if he sales it. from Brian.

What everyone else says. Email most likely was lost in cyber world.
I don't order anything for adding to my boat without first checking with Brian. I don't recommend any other place to my friends and family either! I work in the customer service industry and Brian treats me the way that I would treat my customers and the way that I want to be treated.

Thanks Brian and everyone else for their input. I figured something had to have gone wrong with the emails, but I hate to be a nag and bombard people with emails. I figured emailing was the best way to go about getting some answers and not calling. I was not posting this topic as a negative, I was just wondering what was going on. As I stated when I posted this topic, there is no where that I have found that can beat the prices on their website
