Me and my family rented a house off Echo Valley Lane in Lick Branch Cove and was wanting to see if there are any locals that could give me some area advise. I grew up fishing at my grandfathers lake house on lake of the Ozarks but this area is new to me. thanks so much.
I've been doing pretty good in the evening starting around 7pm. Seems like that's when all the big ones are hungry. Deep water 20-34ish with brush on the bottom. I let it sink for 15 sec and then a very slow retrieve. Managed to catch a few limits doing this in just 1.5 to 2 hours. I did fish this past weekend with my brother and we fished in the morning. Caught several fish but for every 10 caught only 1 was a keeper.
