I couldn't hear it, because my volume won't go high enough, but those bad casts sure look like mine! I see every mistake I've ever made.
Went with a guide once on the lower Mountain Fork River in SE Okla once. The way he described and could cast was that the line should end up about three feet above the water in a straight line, and just lay down gently. He did it every time. I've done it a couple of times. Sure is pretty when it happens.
