Was wondering if anybody did any good on sacs at Cow Island this year? It won't be long before it can't be accessible by boat. I went when BLR first got a rise. Grass was terrible and no lillies for the fish to hide. Thanks

never been there, but would love to go some day.
They been catching bite is off by 9:30 am
Went this morning. Broke in the new motor on the rocks at the entrance.
Left very frustrated. Boat on the side of me had about 25. A couple of old timers. Caught one bass. No sacs. I guess they were using shiners. I was not. I'm still an amateur.
:welcome to the forum Rambeaux.....if you were at Henderson, you have to be careful of the big pipe on the south side of the public launch under the interstate....it is under water right now....the water there is just starting to fall...give it a few days and the bite will pick up.....sorry about your motor....
No worries, nothing stays new forever. It happened at the entrance to Cow Island on the rocks after the dam.
Tons of bait fish in Cow Island. I think shiners would have made the difference.
