Fun morning

Had a great morning with my son and we caught a mess of fish in 4.5 hours. We got off the water at 11: am because of the heat but still managed to catch a total of 77. All fish caught on jigs in 11' to 14' fow. The water temps ran in the low 80's and the sun was very hot with light winds. We had 4 yellow perch over citation size and several nice 12" to 14" crappie. I guess I had my fathers day today fishing with my son Mark.

Great report Vic!!! I'm glad you got to spend some time with your son. I fished Sunday and found the fish were feeding really good. I was going to keep some but released them at the ramp. The funny thing is I caught them on the same pattern as you. Thanks for taking me last week and showing me some places!!!!

sounds like fun! my daughters coming home for fathers day today- if can stand the heat hope to put em on some crappies tomorrow!

I know you must have had a great time with you son Mark. I know when Anthony and I go out we have a blast. But you catch bigger fish then us.:biggrin
