Bobby Garland slab ticklers

Saw these in the Bass Pro Shops catalog I received this evening. They're small. Thought they were interesting. Are they worth a hoot?

They work, slide one on then a small bead then tie on jig. Without a bead they tend to hang up on knot.

Neat idea. I'll be waiting on a report Randy.

How they gonna keep from tangling in your shiners.

Hardy har har Danny. Figured that was coming. I figured I would rig something up like Cray described before tying on the Aberdeen hook.

I put a small clevis on the blade, put it on the string, then a small bead, then tie on the jig. Very good action. Never caught a fish with it, however.

Used them today for my first time out caught my dad 8 to 1 before he went ahead and put one on do they work can't promise you put I sure will have them on now
