Ended up with 7 sacs and a bull bream...caught 2 more after the picture. Never ran into a school of fish the entire day...they were all singles. Seems like with all of the water they are still very spread out. All caught on plastic 2-4 feet deep in 6-7 FOW on the East side. Nothing to brag about but at least dinner was good !
You did good.....I caught one keeper where you saw me and that's all....got about 6 very small bass, sac, & striper......I left at 10....just got the boat under the carport and the rain hit....

Found a few yesterday afternoon. North of interstate. Going see if they still there today for the tournament. Nice mess. Not many people are catching.
Nice mess of fish.. Oughta make a good meal.

For the sake of not starting another thread, where is a good launch for a part barge around Henderson? I've only been out in the kayak and the family wants to go.
With the high water you can dock just about any one. It took 3.25 tonight to win. I was fishing alone and only caught a .75. There was 3 other stringer that was 2.40 and bigger. So they are out there just have to work for them
I would launch at the public landing at the rest area under the interstate.....lots of room.........Quote:
