LOZ-Help!
Hey all!
Hope everybody is having a great weekend....I am but would love to catch some crappie! Having trouble finding them and wanted to ask for advice. I'm at the families house at mile marker one...they have a big two slip dock that I'm fishing around. Using minnows and chartreuse and black and chartreuse and red jigs...fishing anywhere between 4 and 8 feet or so. Tried everything from the bank on out with no luck. Had one bite in the last day and a half. Any suggestions? Much appreciated!!!

Get a trouble light and/or a floating light (better) and shine it off the deepest part of the dock starting at 10pm. Come back down at 11 pm with minnows on a no. 4 hook and a couple split shot on 6 lb test line. Let down to the bottom(if it makes it) ;but no deeper than 20 feet and bring up two cranks. As the evening goes on you may bring up shallow. You can also try casting a 1/16 black tube jig out past the light circle and let it sink into the light slowly while you wait for the minner to get bit or after you run out of em.
