yep, Sunday.
Swan Creek is huge area of shallow water, not much risk of any big boats showing up this late in the year with the water pumped down. I'll be doing both single pole jigging the edges and spider rigging.
I wish ya luck, I could show up but need someone to help paddle the canoe :)
Looks a bit windy tomorrow so may be just single pole work on the edges. I don't think I've fished Swan Creek for a couple years, hope there still a few Crappie.
i went there today water has dropped alot , average depth was about a foot deep..and muddy, they still pumping it out..i was talking to a fella today out there and he said someone got bit by a cottonmouth in a kayak yesterday.. said he reached back behind him to his cooler and the snake got him on his hand.. guess it crawled up in the back without him seeing it..i saw 3 snakes today but they all looked like water snakes and they stayed away..you guys be safe out there..
