Well, Good or Bad I tell it like it is! :biggrin
Had to "work" for just these two keepers, caught a dozen small ones. These were in 13 feet of water, water temps 85, bright sunny day with not a ripple on the water.
Couldn't keep the large mouths off my baits! Caught at least 6 with the largest being around 2 1/2 - 3 pounds.

If Tenoroc, must be Lake 3, that's the only one I know of that has a hole that deep..

Just curious, Long-line or bobber style ?
Sometimes when your catching small ones, come up on your baits -
Crappie use somewhat of pecking order - small ones are kept away from food
and larger ones are higher up water column. 13 ft water bigger ones 4- 5 dn
and little ones 8 - 10'....
Guys were taking good size spec's at Kissimmee 2 - 3' down Sunday in 88 degree
water temp

Ahhhh, I was thinking the exact opposite, I was thinking the bigger ones would be on the deeper end.
Pretty new to this Crappie fishing in Florida, did some years ago up North. Am very appreciative, of the help I receive on CDC.
I do know I am having fun trying and that's what its all about. huh?
