Trout streams?

I used to fish some hatchery supported waters in the NW part of Stokes county. It's been many years since I have been and remember using private land to access these streams. Does anyone know if these areas are still usable and can give me some directions to get there?

My mother has relatives who live up there. I don't know for sure , but Pilot Mountain State Park is up there , and there are some streams that eventually flow into Belews and the Yadkin River. You could also drive up to Danbury and fish the area near Hanging Rock , dependent on distances you have in mind. I recall reading in the regulations digest about Mill Creek being hatchery supported , this may be a valid option as well.
