Black Lake at Campti 5-9-2015

Got to the lake about 7:00 AM. Left around 1:00 PM. Kept 18 crappie, 1 bream, and 1 catfish. Threw back 1 dink. Caught all of my fish in 11-12 FOW using 1/32 oz. black jig and Blue Thunder body. Overall I had a great day. It rained a little early and by lunch the wind was blowing so hard the lake had a wind current. But, the Lord blessed me with some good fish. I met a fellow who goes by the name Squirrel. He fishes the lake a lot and knows J_ROWE. I encouraged him to become a CDC member (only a looker now). Sorry, no pictures.

Good catch pastor. I thought about going but the radar showed rain in the area so I took the wife to town to get new glasses. Made more points that way. lol

No sir, Mr. Gene, I did not try a Gray Ghost. I did hear another fisherman say that he had not caught any on the GG.
