looks too complicated to me.. I can filet one just as fast or faster with my electric knife. and they always make things look easier on video!!!

The ones Jerry is filleting have already been cut once to separate them.

Fillet the fish with a knife, then use another contraption to skin it?......... I'll pass. Doesn't look like it will hold a fat Ms fish anyway.
