Got to hit the lake Friday and Saturday for some green Cypress thumpin! The bite was quite a bit better Friday than Saturday, but ended up with some nice fish both days. 26 Friday and 13 Saturday. 7ft deep on clumps of live Cypress. BIG jigs seemed to do the best. Only took a couple of pics of the better fish. All were released to fight again!

Good job Chris. You should've saved one or two for the fish batter recipe. But I know there are plenty at home waiting for the grease. I just hope their next fight is with me.
