When you guys put in at the state park at Blackshear, do you have to stop at the visitor place or wherever to get a pass or something? Also, do they close the gates at night and, if so, what time? Thanks

IIRC,they have drop boxes at the ramp. I think its 5.00. Don't know what time or if they close the gates. Stop at the store across the road and get you a biscuit. They are good.
only gate is at the campground all boat ramps are open 24 7 . yes drop box at all ramps $5.00 you can git a year pass at the main office .
