Anyone been fishing the Bear Creek Lakes

We fish Upper Bear Creek quite a bit and it has been a terrible and weird spring so far, and everyone I have talk to at the lake have said it has been worst spring they ever seen up there. Caught a few yesterday and they still haven't spawned and haven't caught any in what I would call shallow water or any males with bloody tails. They are where I would expect to find them 2-3 weeks or so before the spawn even though the water temps are in the 65 degree range.

I have not been but once since Oct. but my cuz and another guy have been hitting
it hard and they are saying the same not catching many. They have got on them
good I think 2 times this spring. But the rest of the time it's 1 or 2 here and there.
Had to keep moving to find them. Bad spring I guess, because we had been doing good the
years before.
