slider jig

Has anyone used the texas rig slider jig and the 1.5" slider?

Several years back I did, if it's the weedless version. Works good for fishing heavy brush but only for aggressive fish, they always spit it out before I could set the hook otherwise.

I just ordered some couldn't find them local. I'll post my results after I try them.
