Looks good! Our water is high and muddy here as well. Won't be long!

Looks good for your first ones. I like a little shorter tail on the mallard flank tail but let the fish tell you what they want.

Here they keep having to open the flood gates to keep the lake just a little over full. I am sure people down stream are pretty tired of more water from here. Jigs look fine for your first and the more you do the better they will get. The bottom picture was the best picture and just get as close as you can and still keep it clear.
