Went and bought some gold Aberdeen hooks and tried again! Cut the tail off of a baby shad and stuck it on the back!
If you don't have one yet, get a powder paint airbrush. They work awesome for spinners and spoons
TJ's tackle has about the best deals on them that I have found. Those look great by the way!
i have been tinkering with something similar,the plastics i never thought of you really came up with something..my are more for live bait.look up pflueger pippins.an old fly rod spoon.i have several as collectibles.i have been messing with their basic designs.keep tinkering and adding/removing weight til you get it balanced to your likingQuote:
