Finally got it figured out Teddy. Just finished the PCB layout and ordered the PCB blank. If anyone knows the purpose of this circuit and how it works wins the door prize.

That's exactly the way I would have done it.
Looking at it again.......you might have the thingy just a little too close to the dumafatchie but I think it will be ok.
I know how it works, but the purpose is kinda tough without knowing what it's connected to.
Its a Printed Circuit Board for gubers :Rofl
Maybe it's just me but I don't see the flux capacitor
