Started after noon and found them staging on flats just outside of some of the coves in about 15 ft of water. With the wind blowing like it was I decided to try out my new spider rig setup. Ended up catching 13 with my biggest being 14 inches going back and fourth across a small flat up near twin coves. Electric chicken tipped with minnows, and all chartreuse tipped with minnow worked the best. Found water Temps of 62 and 63 and 65 in some small feeder arms but totally void of fish or should I say I didn't catch any in them. Now I'm in love with this spider rigging stuff. I used two different size jig heads and they almost always hit the 1/16 Oz size more than any other. I hope this helps someone out.
