It had a round head, no eyes and really different skirt. Let me find the ones I have and take a pic of it.

that is a blue fox jig,i have some of the chin spin jigs and they look exactly like that
Understand that is a Blue Fox jig, but not the one I was telling him about! mine is before they made this one.
okay skip I'll be looking for it the picture.
By the way guys that little jig in the picture is a bluegill producer did exceptionally well the past week here.
Bob I am still looking and frustrated big time. Know that I ran into them like last year and wanted to fish with them again, but as of this time I have not found what I did with them, LOL!
For example though just to help my discription, take the jig you posted and make it a round head without eyes, then change the materials on the skirt (also a little better chart on skirt) and tied it with red thread and you will have the jig I was talking about. Very simple jig, but it worked well for me and want to use them now again, but have to find them first, LOL!

I'll buy a couple packages of PowerBait minnows and a couple jars of 1" Gulp minnows each spring but I can't imagine buying a factory jig.
Skip....was it a Blue Fox jig or a VMC jig? VMC makes a crappie jig using a round head and tail materials that are a bit different. I see guys using VMC jigs with glow material.
CTom I ap pretty sure it was a Blue Fox and before they had their rattle jig. Once they started that it seems they stopped using a ball head and went to that model Snake River posted.

The vmc jig came to mind when you started describing it just as Tom thought of... I hope you find them so we can take a look
