Anybody know if the ramp at Dodge Camp on Freeman is public.Looked interesting.Plan on getting on Indiana water after a long trip to Guntersville in Ala.Thx for any info.

Yes it is public. It was renovated last year and is now part of Rotary (Club) Cove Park. At least for the time being, there is no charge for launching.
