Heading down to cypress creek next week april8-11. Thought it was blood river but I was wrong. I was looking for any kind of fishing report from there. I know it's got a chance to rain all week but hopefully it won't be to bad. Thanks

Day 1 report. Ended up with 6. Caught 5 female in about 6 fow and a black in 4 fow. The water temp ranges from 63 to 66 degrees. The water is pretty clear so far. Caught them on minnows and jigs all different colors. Nobodies is doing real good right now. It's hit or miss
Thanks for the report!
Day 2 report. Pretty ugh the samething. But there's a front moving through tonight so will see what happens.
Fished Cypress Creek this past week- tough fishing- water color & temps ok - long lined - tried various water depths and caught fish in all depths - the fish seemed as confused as we were- could not figure out a pattern- the fish we caught were slabs but the numbers were less than what we were expecting considering the water temps: 62*-66*. The best colors were Blue Shiner- Orange Crush- Pink- and White- we fished several bays but Panther produced better than the rest-good luck
Bout the same report I got. With the front that came through last night. It was hard to find them this morning. We caught 3 in about 8-9 fow. 2 off of minnows and 1 throwing the bank
Day 3 report. It was about the same. That front came through Thursday night. It got a little colder but the fishing was about the same. Water temp was around 64 degrees. We were catching a few in about 8 fow around brush. Out of 2 boats for 3 days I think we ended up with about 40 or 50. So I guess it wasn't to bad.
Thats where we normally go and we do about the same every year .Nice report
