The Spawn Aint Over!
After getting whooped on Russell at Crappiefest I went back and fished awhile today and caught some good fish for a change. Come time for cleaning and I filleted about 15 and ALL were full of eggs. Everything I cleaned went over a lb with most being a solid 1.5 lb each and two right at 2 lbs. Everything I caught came out of 13'-16' of water and the fish were hugging tight to the bottom. So.....just wanted to let you guys know that the spawn aint over yet. Who would have thunk! :yikesJumping Jacks Icon
Sorry....no pics as I thought it was gonna rain so I left the camera at home. Maybe next time.:)

Good to hear! Was hoping to see some reports after Crappie Fest. Been sick and been working. Hoping to get out next few days myself. Hope the weather will cooperate a little. Thanks for the report!

Glad you were able to go and able to put a good mess in the boat. I hope the bite lasts a little longer maybe I will get to go sometime this year. Thanks for sharing.

I can't wait to get some revenge on Russell. I donated so many jigs to the timber, I feel like she owes me some slabs! May have to put in another order with curtis.
