Ft Bragg Crappie
My son is stationed in ft Bragg and is scheduled for a major surgery on 4/20/15. He wants to go on a crappie fishing trip before he is played up and misses the spawn. I'm heading that way sometime after easter for a few days. I know Jordan is fairly close, but I have never fished in NC. Any help would be appreciated. A good lake would make a young soldiers year. Where are the slabs?

I'd hire a guide for a half day on Jordan. Freshwater guides are very reasonable. And a lot give military discounts!

Call Freddie Sinclair he is a very good guide on Jordan lake he is on the crappie website

I sent Freddie a text this morning and he is one the water a lot right now. He may be able to work in a trip.

Surely there's a guide up there that'll work in a soldier headed for surgery. If you don't find one message me., if you wanna drive towards Wilmington I'll take y'all.

Glad you were able to find some. Any day fishing with your son is great memories for both. Hope his surgery goes well. Please thank him for his service for me. I will be going to Ft Campbell Ky to visit my son in about two weeks.
