Good job! Only things I would say are these...
Dont run your chenille all the way to the bend of the hook unless your tying a fly. Stop at about the barb or hook point or even in-between the 2.
The chenille made from Peacock Hurl is really great for the fish, they love the stuff! I am sure as you work with it that will also get better and better. Think you may find it will not last as well as chenille, but it for sure will work! You could also have a piece of wire wrapped over the top of the Herl chenille to make it stronger. Just tie in the piece of wire right after the thread base is in and leave it hanging off the rear until the chenille is tied off, then wrap it froward and tie off.
Still should catch fish as is, but you will find the more you tie the better they will look in time.

Thank you for the advice .. I tied this last night my lighting is not that great so I tied this in the blind ! lol The Peacock Herl I did with a dubbing loop I twisted the herl on one side to hold it then I spun it it worked like a charm !! There is a wire rib I used green because it was the first on I grabed from my box .. I going to tye anouther one today in the light it will have the corrections made to it ..

I would like to see that tye in better light, looks like a nice tye but it all looks black and form the materials you used the herl and wire should make it pop.
