Last week --Virgil was looking for Info on the Bone. He is from Illinois, He came down to stay with a friend in a cabin . I marked up the new map showing winter and better spawn areas. We fished hard all day both using two poles. I had just got my poles out and a 3 pound Goo gave me the best fight I have had this year !!! Then two Keepers. we fished shallow,deep, docks, stumps, Everything!!! Finally Virgil got his first Bite at 4 PM --- The 4 inch dink came off the bottom like it was attached to a Catipult, Made the 20 foot arch and launched like it was on a Siege weapon and landed about 40 feet from the Boat. I caught 3 to small to keep. Then said Hi to Southern Shooter. Virgil will be here several more days , we might go hit them again a few more times..... We had a Boat Load of fun.
