lake conway shallow water fishing advice
I have learned how to catch a few in deep water in lake conway, but haven't a clue on what types of shoreline or areas might hold shallow water crappie. any advice. not looking for your honey hole, just some general advice.
went yesterday and fished in the log jams and shore line area around adams lake, as well as in the Cyprus areas out from the banks. used minnows and got no bites in 6 hours.
the only excitement was when I almost ran up on a 12' or so alligator sunning on top of the logs in the jam on the south side of adams. I had never seen a gator on the lake before and it was scary. I was about 20 yards from him before I accidently saw him. whew!!!
