3-22 Truman trip

I had a great trip with my Daiwa rep and his son yesterday. Could not ask for better weather to be on the lake. We rigged jigs and minnows in 4'-12' of water and caught 90% of our fish less than 2' down. Most were on the top hook on our minnow rigs with the swivel at the water surface. The jig fish came with the weight just out of the water. So jig was 1 1/2' deep. Here is a couple pics they sent me today.

First ever double. He asked me early on if it ever happened. Just before we finished he found out for himself. Both were even keepers. Lots of first for this young man.

Thanks for posting the pics and your report. I am sure the will remember that trip.

Jared, they sell so much tackle and equipment as a result of you taking others fishing and posting results in the site, I think they should give you 1 day a week to go fishing while on the clock. I am sure sales would justify the payroll expense.
