Rosy reds

Hey I was just curious is it legal to fish with rosy reds in indiana. The closest bait store to me is about 40 mins away that carry minnows but there's a pet store 5mins away that carry the rosy reds

Some bait stores were selling them during ice season. And I heard reports of people using them. I guess that doesn't necessarily make it legal, but it certainly implies it.

I would call DNR they would have the answer or take a chance and a judge will tell you the answer for sure.
