Which Navionics card? Hot maps Platinum , Premium, +

Try using a SOFT pencil eraser and very gently clean the contacts on the card .... This fixed one of my cards and someone else I recommended it to.
If it still doesn't work, find another unit to try the card in to determine if the problem is the card or the unit.
