Saw it on the news last night but do not know if it was finalized yet.
Back when they first started the inspections on cars the shops would check everything on your car and if it was not right they would not stick a new on it until everything was fixed. You even had the horn and headlights inspected to make sure they were set right and tires had to have the right depth thread or you had to replace them. But over the years all I had to do was say I need a sticker and they just put one on. Really you could not blame the service centers they really was not making enough money for doing this and keeping up with records and money anyway.:twocents

been down here 10 years now and have taken my two vehicles to the same place year after year and they have yet to check one stinkin thing. give em 5 bucks and here they come with a scrapper and new sticker. what a scam...
