bad day of fishing is better then....?

well Sunday was better then Monday at Hartwell I found a new spot at Harris Bridge Road. Spot looks right for crappie to spawn but they werent there. small bream but caught 20-30 before I moved spots. Found out brown road access has a floating fishing pier now but there are no brush piles to be found. I tried Anderson Beach and a few other spots with no sign of crappie. Monday I heard Asbury park was the place to be and ended up ankle deep in mud. I tried the bridge up the road and even saw a boat fishing the bank with no luck. about that time I got called into work on my day off boss man told me hed have me there for an hour. ended up staying the whole day and then some. so didnt have a good day fishing or at work so Im wondering whats the new line supposed to be lol. Ill be out there more when I get a few hours here and there. going to try the river at work after it clears up. good luck to all send pics.

Sounds like you had a good catch. Haven't been to Brown Road this year, thanks for the report.

Congrats on the bream catch. I was told that SCDNR was going to be placing some brush around the new fishing pier. It may take them awhile but that will improve the fishing.

went back to Harris Bridge road today and the bream bite is still strong. mainly small ones but still fun to feel a fish on the end of the line.
