Fished above the HWY 49 bridge today. Checked several spots for perch but only caught a few here & there. Trolled for crappies for a while with jigs & minnows. About the same results, a few bites here & there.
Ended up with 10 perch & 10 crappies.
Did not mark any good schools of perch or crappies.
Not the best of days, but certainly not the worst either. Congrats on the ones you did catch, maybe next time you will be rewarded with the mother lode!

At least you got to go, All I thought about today while I was working was fishing!
