Program for Reviewing Lowrance Sonar Logs

I went out yesterday and for the first time logged sonar on my new Lowrance HDS 7 touch. Got home and tried to download the program that is supposed to let you view them on computer, but I could not get it to work.

Suggestions on best download to view and/or how to get it to work.

p.s. I have captured screen pictures on my SD chip and it has worked fine, so it is not the chip.

yes, but when I installed and then put my chip in my reader, nothing happened.
