was WINDY!! but that's ok because the sun was shining and the bluecats were biting... a little. managed to catch 5 fat blues and a nice channel cat. biggest was 14lbs. sure beats work!

Man that looks like fun, way to go. Went to look at Twain today and it is just a big ice cube. Thinking about trying T. Hill one more time Sunday. Looks like a good fish fry coming to your house.
hate to hear twain is still froze up, probably be good to go by next weekend. good luck at T hill and yes, got some fish soaking in milk now, the grease in the fry daddy will be ready soon!
Just curious, why do you cut tails off?:dono
when you cut the tail off a catfish, they bleed out. I think this helps make the meat cleaner. it also kills them fast, so they aren't banging around in the live well as long and (number 1 reason) they are good and dead when we go to clean them.Quote:
