A buddy of mine posted a video on my Facebook page of a guy scaling crappie with a electric mixer using just 1 beater. It took those scales off that fish in seconds.Would have to try it myself and see.Scaling fish is a mess anyway unless you have a $200 dollar tumbler.I tried to save the video and move it but it won't let me!You would have to wear safety glasses cause it was slinging em!Don't use your wife's good mixer!nonono

Jusy put them in a wire basket and pull them behind the boat...it will scale them
If you enjoy making stuff do a google search for homemade fish scaler........... There are some neat contraptions out there.
The best I have found is Big Norms Magic Fish Scaler. 8 bucks. rally is magic.
I have a Rocket fish scaler you pull behind the boat.
