Last night I was tying and the 6 and 8 year old came out and needed to tie their own jigs. I let them dig through my materials until they found just what they wanted.
I then sat them on my lap and helped them each build one. Here are the results...

Left jig is 1/16th oz, and I am a fan of the pink and yellow. He insisted that there be a duck feather in there too. It actually looks like a good combo with marabou on top of the flank.
Right Jig 1/32nd oz. The tail had to be "Miami Dolphins" colors Flo blue and blaze orange it was! He also really liked the blue cactus chenille.
After we finished their interest was waning but they did say that this summer they would need their own tackle boxes. I think I can handle that!
