Need help how to mount my 2d and LSS 2 transducer on my PT 175

Just bought my HDS 7 Gen2 touch today and got to looking at the boat and not sure how to mount the transducers. Currently my transducer for my Elite 5 HDI is mounted on the left side under the transom on that lip but not sure if I'm gonna be able to mount my new ones in that same area. I thought I'd mount the 2d a little farther to the left since it's about half of the size of the current one but how far away from the motor can the LSS 2 be assuming it'll clear the motor all the way around. Please post pics if you have a boat similar to the PT 175. Would like to keep everything in that little lip if at all possible. Thanks

I have mine under that step. But the TD being so long you have to trim up a little. I would say mine is 6 to 8 in. off center. Just enough the motor wont hit it when all the way down and turned to that side.

I have a thread in the Michigan forum about boat setup. You will see some pictures on how to setup the LSS 2 and the transducer as well as the way that I mount them. Keep in mind, the picture is backwards from my actuall setup (I swapped the transducers after the photo was taken.
