Okay, so it's gunna sound like I'm rubbing it in, but really just want to share with a group who'll appreciate it and be excited for me. About 2-3 weeks away from closing on the sale of our house and buying another... Drumroll... 4 tenths of a mile from the boat ramp! Yay me. Can't wait.:biggrin

New place is somewhat of a fixer-upper and nothing impressive, but I like doing the handyman thing and I'm obviously super excited about the location. Just hope that the fixing up doesn't eat into crappie time this Spring! Haha (it will, but a small price to pay long term)

CP - Barren River Lake. If I can find a way to get a Crappie.Com Flag made big enough/durable enough to fly on the flag pole out front, it will be obvious which house is mine! HaHa.
