Where to start in tidal waters?

Where do you guys start looking for winter time tidal panfish? Deep river bends? Suspended? On structure?

All of the above. I don't fish tidal waters but I fish borderline brackish waters at times. Lately I have been finding schools in deep eddies in bends of the creek. Tight line different places and depth until you find them.
