ReelFoot packages
Two couples looking for an all inclusive package at one of the resorts. I need recommendations on the best and most accommodating place. I would like to drive up on a Thursday and fish Friday through Monday and leave out on Tuesday. Most of the places I have looked at have specific days their packages start on. I work a week on and a week off, so that's part of my issue. Would like a location that will include meals and trolling motor as part of the package, I understand there will be additional costs for this. Some guidance and y'all sharing your experiences would really help.
Thanks, Doug

Went to Reelfoot last Spring on a 4-day package with the wife. We stayed at Cypress Point Resort and it was great accomodations. We stayed in a cabin that was clean, comfortable and good maid service.
Have read some bad Tripvisor reviews on BlueBank, but suggest you do some research. I went the 3rd week of April last year with very little luck with the fishing.....one dink crappie and a drum. If you want to catch fish, you should look into a guide. My experience with the trip is that the only people that catch fish up there are the guides or the locals that know that lake like their backyard! You've come to the right site to get some info. Just wait a little and some more members will chime in. GOOD LUCK! (Cypress Point Resort also has a web site)
