Just getting over it myself hope you get better .
same here,2 weeks now,,not coughing near as bad as I was
Hang in there Lee. Took me a month before I got over it. Couple of days thought I was gonna die.
And I thought I was the only one. Got it right after new years and it's still lingering. Cough only lasted a few days but the rest lingers and goes away gradually. It and this cold weather makes a boring time of year.
I was sick for a week, the cough lasted another two weeks.
I thought I was the only one? :bash
I missed last two days of work. Dr. Today. Hopefully I can kick it soon. Treated for bronchitis but my entire body hurts. Getting old I guess.
We are all born with 5 senses, sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch or feel. Around age 40 I noticed that my arms were getting to short and finally had to start wearing glasses and it gets worse as time goes on, so my sight is not up to par. I can hardly hear anything with my left ear and my right one is not much better. About half of my vocabulary is "huh", so my hearing is about shot also. Then I get this crud that everyone is talking about. My head stopped up to the point that I could not smell anything, so that's 3 of the 5. Guess what, if you can't smell, you can't taste. When I ate something, I had to imagine what it tasted like. Which didn't make much difference because I didn't want any thing to eat anyway. Well that only leaves touch or feel and to be honest, I didn't feel worth a dang. So for a period of about 2 weeks I went without any of my senses. And now that I'm about over it and getting back to normal, it's either raining or to dang cold to go fishing.
