Made a solo trip last Monday back to the grove. Went back to same canals and bite was still good caught 36 if I counted right plus threw back a few . Lots of fish up shallow spawning with a few bigger females laying on structure further off the bank. Attachment 191151

Not likely. I pretty secretive for the most part as to where I'm fishing. That being said where I've been fishing not a secret as been 3-5 boats in the canal each time I've been Its one of the orange grove community holes. On that thought orange grove is one big community hole
You're right about that, but still a fun place to fish and it can be very productive.

I've heard Orange Grove mentioned a few times on here, where is that located?
CSS, It's a system of well canals just a little west of Houma off of the Intracoastal Canal. It's been a popular and productive place since forever. I remember fishing in those canals over 50 years ago.
