My Boat Trailer Saga
I picked my new trailer up at Big River Marine last Friday, Feb. 6th. The following day, Steve and I loaded my boat onto it. There were several issues with the trailer causing my boat to just not fit right. I called Bill and sent him pictures, which he forwarded to E Z Trac Trailers. They had built the trailer without having my boat or old trailer there to go by. I had sent them a bunch of measurements but they didn't get it right. Anyway, we made arrangements for me to bring my new trailer, with the boat on it, to Big River Marine on Wednesday. E Z Trac sent a* driver to pick it up. Thursday, they rebuilt the trailer and today I picked it up again at Big River Marine. Now it fits my boat like a glove. Bill let me stay at his Sardis lake house for Wednesday and Thursday nights, saving me a lot of driving. I can't say enough praise about Bill and Big River Marine and the customer service of E Z Trac Trailers. Attachment 190356

You do know if you had just bought a new boat, they'd have given you a matching trailer for free....right?
