I finished remodeling our spare bedroom so the wife bought me a small side of beef ribs. Smoked them for 6 hours and added some sides and this was the results. Been long time sinse I had beef ribs and they was way to good.
Nothing wrong with that. Beef ribs are good too.
Something about the flavor of the beef fat that is amazingly good.
You work too cheap.

Kick butt right there. I've smoked Beef ribs a couple times and there may just be better than baby backs IMO
