Wateree water color

What is the water condition at Wateree? Thanks

was down today and all was muddy trashy and high
was not fishin had to make a run down there
white caps looked straddle high no boat in sight but
about 6--8-- brave souls were on Dutchman crk. bridge
bundled up so if a fish bit they couldn't reel it in :dono why they were there ????
